The London Product Academy (the "Academy") is operated by FOP Yemelianova Svitlana registered in Ukraine. These terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern your use of the Academy's website and any online or offline courses, programs, events or other services (collectively, the "Services") offered by the Academy.

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.

The Academy reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If the alterations constitute a material change to the Terms, the Academy will notify you by posting an announcement on the website. What constitutes a material change will be determined at the Academy's sole discretion.

The Services are available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements.

The Academy may charge fees for certain Services, such as course tuition. You shall pay all applicable fees, as described on the Academy's website or in the relevant course materials, in connection with your use of the Services. All fees are non-refundable, except as required by law.

All course materials and other content provided by the Academy as part of the Services (the "Course Materials") are the property of the Academy and/or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may use the Course Materials solely for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with the Services.

You agree not to disclose the Course Materials or any information learned from the Services to any third party without the express written consent of the Academy.

The Services and the Course Materials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Academy makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Services or the information, content, materials or products included in the Course Materials.

In no event shall the Academy be liable for any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Services or the Course Materials.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold the Academy, its affiliates, and its and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees, harmless from and against any claim, action, suit or proceeding brought against the Academy, its affiliates, and its and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees, by a third party, to the extent that such claim, action, suit or proceeding brought is based on or arises in connection with your use of the Services or the Course Materials.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.

These terms and conditions and any document expressly referred to in them represent the entire agreement between us in relation to the
